Yellow Moonga (YM) Cake, Healthy Breakfast option

Along with that it is not so tough to make this Moonga cake at home.
Lot of Moong dal and little bit of love is all it takes to make it real tasty.

Here is how to make this amazing cake.


Ingredients:

- Moong dal Loose ( without cover)
- Sugar (fine sugar)
- Condensed milk
- Whipping cream
- Coconut milk
- Corn flour/Tapioca flour
- Unsalted butter
- Vanila essence

1. Clean and soak the Moong for 8 hours.

2. Washed the soaked Moong and cook it with a pinch of salt. When it boils, remove the foam and cook for 30 mins.

3. Take a big bowl and put the cooked daal in it. Put all the ingredients together with Dal and mix slowly.

4. Use blender on mixed ingredients and mix it till it becomes a thin smooth paste or batter.

5. Pour the batter into molds.

6. Pre-heat the oven and Bake the cake for 60 mins at 150 dregee celcius.

7. Let the cake cool down and keep in the fridge.
